  Every time I come here I get pleasantly surprised with the customer service and the food quality. I live closer to the Sharonville location but the portion sizes at that location are so small and I got food poisoning on my birthday the last time going to the Sharonville location. I will always make the extra drive to come to the Blue Ash location. They are the only reason I still go to chipotle for a quick meal. Thank you so much for the Fair portions and the good quality Bowl.

  If you are completely down to get ripped off, you should order online. Without a doubt they will skimp every serving size they put into your meal. Ordering guac? Don’t worry they won’t put it on any of the items you asked for it on. Instead they’ll half fill a side cup for you. Got a lot of items on your bowl. Nah you won’t get half of them. Double check your bag before you go to because they definitely will forget something entirely. Save yourself the money and just go in because no one is capable of doing a job unless they are being directly watched.

  I hadn't been ti Chipotle in a while and honestly the last time I ate there, the food wasn't good. This time I had a chicken burrito bowl that was fresh, hot and delicious. Maybe it's dependent on location.
