  Placed an order online for pick up , arrived and door was locked , with crew and one customer inside.When I entered the customer told me they’re closed and I told the employee I placed an order and it was ready . Employee said my order was cancelled, no explanation.. no apology this was at 2:30! .. it’s now 3:15 and the order online still shows ready 🤷🏽‍♀️. Super unprofessional

  Got a “pizza” that had no sauce and no cheese and was as thin as basically the cardboard box it came in. Store doesn’t pick up calls, the online customer service feature is a joke that just says the location will followup but they never do. They’re unreachable, and no one is there to hear these complaints so they are essentially just takin your money and giving you the most garbage service and good possible with no consequences. This location should be shut down. Awful awful awful. Don’t order here.

  I have NEVER IN MY LIFE had such a nasty pizza!! Pizza was stuck to the bottom of the box and every piece ripped trying to detach from the box!! Ordered double pep but it was so sparse I took bites that had no pep! Also were charged extra for double cheese in a 5 item for 10 dollar pizza?? Double pep, double cheese, onion is 5 items at every pizza joint I’ve ever ordered from but was uncharged 2 dollars. Guess I wouldn’t even of complained about that had this pizza been edible but it was so nasty tasting that we all took a couple bites before we threw it in the trash! We do not waste food in this house but it was inedible. We wasted our money or I should say Pizza Hut wasted our hard earned money! Nothing like Pizza Hut we’ve had in the past! Just nasty!

  Ordered 2 New York Style pizzas on 2/13/2026 both pizzas looked absolutely TERRIBLE. Cheese looked like it was eaten already and spice thrown around with no care on it. Olive was delivered COLD. This is unacceptable, considering I am sharing my dinner with stroke-stricken father, and these pizzas looked toxic and inedible. Ordering from this location was a mistake, and all the negative press around this location is TRUE. This location needs new management or should be closed all together. I would give ZERO stars if I could.
