I absolutely used to love this location now it’s terrible and you can never get anyone on the phone at the store to get your order corrected I order straight through the app and it’s still an issue I specifically stated no chicken salt & vinegar chips instead they gave me what they wanted chicken on my quesadilla and baked lays chips I didn’t order.

They are not blending the smoothies very well. On my last visit, which is my last visit (waited 45 min for my 2 smoothies), my smoothies wasn't smooth enough to drink. The one star was because the guy with braids got mad when I notified him of the error.
I visited your location on February 27, 2026 around 5:50 PM to purchase a Cherry Berry Smoothie. This was actually my second time in two weeks coming specifically for that item, and once again it was unavailable. While that was disappointing, it was not the main issue.
What was more concerning was the level of customer service I received. The employee at the register did not greet me and instead stared at me silently for an extended period, seemingly expecting me to begin ordering without any acknowledgment. After I stated my order, she responded abruptly and rudely, “We don’t have that,” without offering alternatives or any basic courtesy.
The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. A simple greeting, eye contact paired with professionalism, or even a polite explanation would have made a significant difference. Customer service environments should reflect respect and basic communication standards.
I did not get the employee’s name, but she was working at that time on February 27 around 5:50 PM. She was lighskinned, chubby with braids, and wore lashes that could help her fly away. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and used as an opportunity to reinforce customer service expectations because she is not the only one at this location . #stophiringyunghos
We've gone here twice, which is 2 times too many. The first time we walked in, waited in line, then when we ordered we were told "We're out of acai". Considering that's a major ingredient option on your menu, shouldn't there be a sign somewhere clearly visible that says you're out? I got the peanut butter protein bowl instead which was basically a jar of peanut butter with a couple of fixings in it.
The second time we tried the place, they had acai and I asked for an extra drizzle of peanut butter for my acai bowl and was told "we don't do that". I then pointed out to the cashier the sign behind him that said, in fact you DO do that. He looked at the sign then started telling me how I can file a complaint with the manager and the store and I stopped him there and said, just give me the bowl as is. Good grief. Never again.

Had some inconvenience while using a T-mobile Tuesday coupon. At first I was told maybe because it’s a Monday, although the expiration date was not passed. Then I was told it was likely due to using the same coupon when we had individual coupons. After finally figuring out a work around from system issues I was told I didn’t pay and when staff noticed the transaction did complete my order was provided within seconds as if it was just waiting on the misunderstanding to be corrected, but no one said it was an issue until I spoke up about missing items. My suggestion is to provide staff with tools to handle and communicate promotional/system issues rather than deflect issues and trouble shooting on the customer to create a better experience. Overall staff was friendly and accommodating.
