  I placed an order online at 9:57 Am and was given an ETA set by system at 10:07. 10 mins is not bad at all if the expectation is met. I get to the store to pick up at 10:05. I fully expect to wait a 5 to 10 more minutes as there are 7 other customers ahead of me. After 20 mins of standing there 2 customers walked out, 4 more still standing waiting to give their orders, I was finally addressed by an employee to see what I needed. Gave my name to find my drink had sat on the shelf behind the counter for 15 mins and my food had been on the shelf above the mixing station for 10 mins. I got my food as the employees continued to ignore walk in customers at the counter. Been shopping at this location weekly since August and his shop is getting worse weekly. Poor staffing by ownership, poor customer service and communication by employees.

  My favorite tropical smoothie location! The staff is always super friendly and welcoming the moment I walk in. Team members take the time to explain smoothie options when I’m having a hard time deciding.My orders are always ready fast, and they make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The manager Ty is always so accommodating and makes sure all of his customers are happy!

  Probably the most rude customer service I’ve ever experienced. Young lady with the braids was seriously unhappy to see us walk in the door. We ordered anyway - she tapped her nails when we weren’t fast enough making our decision. Disagreed with me when I asked to sub an ingredient, “it’s not in that drink” but it was clearly written on the menu. Smoothies were great and delivered by another employee - who was clearly scared of her and avoiding any interaction. Might want to have a meeting with your team members about customer service.
