  Been to this Jimmy John's location multiple times. Service is great, food is nice and fresh. Always very quick.

  I had the worst customer service experience at this location. Nate was extremely rude and nasty, and does not need to work with people. He clearly doesn’t understand proper customer service and needs to be retrained. He speaks to customers with a condescending tone, and his position should be reconsidered. Any other time I’ve came into this location it’s been great but Nate changed that experience very quickly and I will not be coming back.

  We order from here frequently! Tonight they made a mistake and made my sandwich wrong (which was the first time they had ever done this!) ! I called and just wanted to let them know, didn’t expect much other than to make them aware they screwed up and the manager the sweetest lady, offered to remake my sandwich and deliver it to me or credit my account! They delivered a new sandwich quickly! Truly great customer service!! Happy girl!

  This Jimmy John's is either freaky slow or does not prioritize people making small orders. I left over a 30% tip but it was still only $4. I was told that I had to wait for other orders to be delivered because apparently I didnt order enough. If this is a policy, it should be stated prior to ordering and I would gladly have came to pick it up. Over an hour and my food is still not here
