    The ice cream is fabulous and the staff is great but something felt really off about this location. Then I noticed. The lights are so bright and white it feels like you are in a hospital. I now drive past and comment every time about how unwelcoming the lighting is. Sad.

    Julia and Abygil were so wonderful! It was our first time at a Graeter’s icecream and they let us sample and help us to decide on the perfect icecream for us! Very friendly and knew what was in each flavor without hesitation. The shop was super clean and nostalgic feeling. Amazing experience would go back often if we lived closer!

    Best icecream I ever had!! The pumpkin milkshake was definitely it. Not too pumpkiney if ya know what I mean. Just the perfect blend. The flavor was so refreshing and perfectly balanced. Everything was very clean and well put together, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this ice cream to anyone looking for a treat that feels both seasonal and refreshing!

    How has this place had sewage issues for years? YEARS! The ice cream is good, staff are fine, but the smell is ALWAYS terrible. I'm so confused how a busy place can't get a sewage smell cleaned up.
