- APAutumn PridemoreMar 24, 20262.0Ordered food. Got it and everything was old and cold. Called them to see if they could fix it had to call them several times to even get an answer. I was then told if they were gonna to replace it I had to bring my food back in to make sure it really was old. Food safety violation at it's finest. First thing you're taught in the food industry is to not take food back from customers but now I guess that's the norm?

Went back through an employee named Curtis was so helpful in the drive-thru, getting our drinks changed out. The entire time Curtis was personable, friendly, and helpful. Give Curtis a raise!!!!

Manager tries to kick out one of the coworkers siblings out and have made rude joke to me about my bag being a bomb after swimming over summer.
