  We recently visited your drive-through and wanted to share some feedback regarding our experience. When placing our order, we had difficulty hearing through the speaker. We made several attempts to clarify what was being said and, upon reaching the window, politely explained that we were not trying to be difficult—we simply could not hear clearly. Our intention was only to bring attention to a potential issue with the audio system. Unfortunately, the response we received felt dismissive and came across as unprofessional. We were told the audio was working fine and that other orders had been taken without issue. Additionally, when we referenced the voice we heard, the response we received included a remark that felt unnecessarily confrontational. We completely understand that working in a fast-paced environment can be stressful, and we approached the situation with patience and respect. However, we did not feel that the same courtesy was extended in return. We are sharing this feedback in hopes that it helps improve future customer interactions and ensures a more positive experience for others. Thank you for your time and consideration.
