  Ordered 2 5 topping pizzas with extra sauce. No extra sauce on either pizza, it didn't even seem like there was regular sauce! They leave like 1.5 inches of crust so they don't have to use more sauce/cheese/toppings. Toppings were so sparse it was laughable. Also, the pepperoni had an off taste, like bologna. Will definitely never order here again.

  New management is abysmal. 1-3 workers in the entire store, sometimes just one alone is stuck taking care of the doordash/uber orders, walk in's & online orders, while the lobby is full of upset patrons waiting 40+ minutes. I will not be returning here until this location restructures... the lack of sanitary practice is also concerning. You may have noticed red flags if you've done an in store order or pick up within the last couple weeks, it's going down hill with many years old employees quitting. Even before this, there were signs, one stressed out guy juggling so many tasks for minimum wage. The owners and management are greedy, instead of staffing properly they introduced new nepotistic family workers who walk with zero sense of urgency to replace the ones that quit. Ever since they moved from Middleburg Hts it's been a slow downfall. Sad to see, but I hope they take feedback or there won't be return customers

  It's right next store to a dispensary. So most customers probably don't care that they are served what ever this is.

  Have ordered from this location a few times and order is always wrong. This was my 3rd time and pizza was totally under done. Seemed like frozen pizza. Worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. Better off with Domino's or Marco's.
