- PPProbablementeDec 23, 20251.0It’s always pretty good food here but any visit - even placing it on the Taco Bell app and sitting in the special drive through line for app orders - it takes over 20-30 minutes per order in the drive through. When it’s not busy it can be 10 minutes and when it’s busy you could get stuck in the line for 30 minutes. Avoid if you don’t have the time to wait. I had long enough of a time at the drive through speaker to write this entire passage for reference. Drive down Bagley and visit the Middleberg Heights location next to 71 for better service and hotter food.

This last trip took just over 20 minutes from order to service and I really wish I were exaggerating. No apology offered, nothing. I will not be going to this location again.

It’s just this store because the other 2 closest have the items. Don’t tell me that you are out of said items because it’s happened before and when I order at the speaker I get said items blocked on the app.
