The line was long and clearly understaffed, yet management refused to step in or help. What stood out most was the lack of leadership—employees seemed used to the situation and openly acted like the manager was unlikely to help, as if this behavior was normal. When I asked for assistance, I was basically told I could leave instead of the issue being addressed. Messy store, poor organization, and a manager who doesn’t support their team or customers. Not the Chipotle experience people expect.
