I was told my online order did not exist and to go through the drive-through to pick it up after Going through the drive-through I was told to come inside once again. while ordering for the last and final time, I was told they were out of cheese Mind you they just opened. So they continued to sprinkle some of the cheese off of my friends already made quesadilla onto my bowl making an amount of 10 cheese strings on my bowl. Service was slow, Customer service?AWFUL. was told yo talk to an ai chatbot instead of manger which solved absolutely NOTHING. Had 0 problem solving skills. DO NOT RECOMMEND

When I asked for vinaigrette or chimichurri sauce, I was told they were out of both: only to watch the employee hand one to the customer behind me moments later. The store itself is filthy, and the food prep area where they make your order is always disgusting. It’s clear management has no control or understanding of how to run a restaurant. There’s zero sense of preparation, cleanliness, or planning: they seem to lack even basic forecasting or common sense. Overall, this location is disorganized, unprofessional, and a complete disappointment every time. Do yourself a favor just drive up the street to the Middleburg location.
