Ordered online and no cars there when I got there. Picked up order and when we got.home the wrong sandwich was in there ordered a double roast beef and large fry with a rueben (because I had a reward).
I received what I guess is a French dip with cheese and mayo or a sub style bun. Instead of the double roast beef. My son only eats the meat no cheese no mayo only cheese so I couldnt even salvage the sandwich they gave him.
I called and the manager who.said she made the food and said her employee was a trainee and it was her fault for bagging the wrong sandwich. I said then it was your fault because you read the order and made the food and handed it to her to bag..nobody was there not coming or going since I sat at the light and stared at the driveway until.my light turned green. Nobody there...not making multiple sandwiches...just 2. I said quit blaming the employee it was your fault and she hung up in me. Horrible.manager

Drive thru employee was snotty and rude taking my order for literally no reason. Disrespectful taking my order, and then when I got to the window not only did he just shove my food and drink at me without even looking at me, he didn't speak a single word, even when I said hello and thank you. I ordered their box meal deal, as soon as he handed it to me the smell of old, nasty grease filled my car. I'm home and have opened my food, and all of the fried items in my meal look disgusting - not only were they clearly cooked in dirty oil but the potato cakes are saturated in it, like they've been sitting for a while. When you press on them the grease forms a pool in the indentation. My "regular" roast beef was NOT hot, fresh meat - clearly from yesterday and the portion was 2oz instead of 3...I guess they don't expect folks to weigh it but since they were so rude and then provided nearly inedible slop, I'm checking it because you need called out. I worked in fast food and waited tables for over a decade... I understand having bad days and all that, I don't expect to be fawned over but basic human decency to someone who is not being rude or difficult to you is not a hard thing to provide. So, young man with the dreads - I was kind to you, and patient, and I accepted your verbal abuse and disrespect without even saying anything... but this food is an absolute crime against humanity. Either be nice or serve edible food. Both would be preferable but doing neither is foul.

I went through the drive-thru at 1:00 p.m. yesterday and ordered a chicken cordon bleu sandwich, which was a total disappointment. The small chicken filet looked dark and burned and was really dried out and old. The small amount of mayonnaise on the sandwich could not save it from being dry as a bone, and the small amount of ham they put on the sandwich is barely noticeable. They should be embarrassed to charge over $6 for this pitiful sandwich. I struggled through a few bites of the sandwich and threw the rest of it in the trash.
