  After a long day at work, I decided to visit this Chipotle location, only to be met with a disappointing experience. The staff member on the line hastily assembled my meal, carelessly slapping all the ingredients into the bowl without any consideration for presentation or care. To make matters worse, the lid was not properly sealed, resulting in a soggy mess by the time I arrived home. When I attempted to pick up the bag, the bowl fell to the ground, rendering my meal entirely inedible. It’s clear that this location is in dire need of improvement.

  I went to this location and no one was in line and a few employees were just standing around. I asked if they could do a full quesadilla and they said no it’s online only. However when I order online it doesn’t let me use my gift card. Additionally the other location in the area does make it in-person. I informed them I had a gift card and it wouldn’t let me check out with it online the man at the register turned to someone behind him and asks “do you want to make it” and she very rudely said no while she was standing there doing nothing and the man just laughed. I don’t understand if you can make a kids quesadilla what the difference is to make a full when you don’t know it’s online only unless you go on the website and negates cash and gift card payments. It’s the same process to make either way (in-person or online) We went to the other location and had no difficulties getting a full quesadilla and they had it done in front of me before my friends tacos were done. I don’t know if it was just laziness but they weren’t busy and even if they were the other location had a line out the door and still did it with no complaints. It was unprofessional how it was handled. Additionally the family that was sitting in their witnessed it and looked at us as we walked out like what the hell was that? Never coming back to this location. My friend also had moldy tomatoes her last visit and the quality is just not consistent with the better locations.

  Consistently frustrating the employees here are rude and management is enabling it. I’ve never seen a location run out of forks and cups. Store Management should be fired.

  Have come to this location multiple times and have had horrible results everytime I order double meat and get what looks like less than a normal serving. This location sucks will not return.

  This is the absolute worst Chipotle you could ever go to! Just picture ordering your food going all the way down the line picking your meat picking your salsa and then them telling you we are out of cheese! That should be something that said when you first start ordering! So today I go in and I did have the courtesy of them telling me they are out of lettuce cheese steak corn salsa and chips! How do you run out of all of that??? It's honestly not even worth trying I went in there at 6:00 and they were already out of stuff! There should absolutely be no reason why you run out of food that you're selling and listening to the other comments and reviews it sounds like it happens every day!? Don't even bother going there try another Chipotle, or another restaurant!!!!
