I have came to this location several times over the last several months. Every time I have had an issue, and I do like Wendy’s and I love the brand as I received a scholarship from Wendy’s in the past. However, this location is ridiculous… Management needs to be switched out. Poor customer service as you never get greeted properly, it’s always “Here” and then they slam window on you. Every time I go the food is either cold, made wrong, missing items, or the flat out wrong items were given to me. As someone that has been in the food service for over a decade, please for the love of god do better. Train and develop your crew better… Will not be returning to this store until the issues have been addressed appropriately. I always do community voice surveys, but your employees failed to give me the receipt I requested. 🥲

The WORST location in the MOV. Went here on my lunch about 12:30pm on 10/29/25. I order and pay for my food and then proceed to second window. I sat at the second window for like 7min, then a manager comes to window and tells me to pull up because spicy chicken would be 5min. I pull up and wait. I am sitting there over 15min. A different male manager brings me out my food. I ordered a salad , double stack , and tea. My salad and chicken was places side ways down in a brown paper bag when its gave to me. I took salad out to check it and the salad went all over me and my car. Manager sees the whole thing and says they will replace it. I waited few min and the guy never came out. I went inside and the male manager tells me that they will replace the salad but im gonna have to wait longer before they could make the salad. At this point im already late to return to work from lunch. They did not put any utensils or napkins in the bag. My sandwich wasnt in the bag. I ended up asking for a refund and i gave them back the food and drink. The male manager only gave me $11.35 back when I paid $15 for it all. At this point I am so upset I leave and dont even ask about the difference. I had to ask for a receipt. When I asked who the district manger is he tells me they dont have one. I have NEVER been so upset with a food restaurant before !! The male manager on duty was VERY rude and unprofessional. You have lost my business at this location. If I could do no stars I would. Do better !

What is going on with this location? The spicy nuggets were thrown upside down in the bag. Which means they were everywhere inside. The Chili's are NEVER full like they should be. This is my chili. My husband's had even less in it. This has happened on a lot of occasions. We want a full container of chili. There were absolutely no crackers or napkins and they were specifically asked for. They need to get their act together. This is ridiculous. It's as if they could care less and hate their jobs. I understand people have bad days but this is most of the time. They need better management!
