Every time I have had an issue, and I do like Wendy’s and I love the brand as I received a scholarship from Wendy’s in the past. However, this location is ridiculous… Management needs to be switched out. Poor customer service as you never get greeted properly, it’s always “Here” and then they slam window on you. Every time I go the food is either cold, made wrong, missing items, or the flat out wrong items were given to me. As someone that has been in the food service for over a decade, please for the love of god do better. Train and develop your crew better… Will not be returning to this store until the issues have been addressed appropriately. I always do community voice surveys, but your employees failed to give me the receipt I requested. 🥲
