When she started making our order, the meatballs looked like they were days old: they were all dry and burnt with no sauce. Disgusting. They should have been changed out and refreshed hours ago. When I asked her about this, she went to check on fresh meatballs, came back, and then started making someone else’s order from an online sale. We waited over 30 minutes and then we left without food. With two employees working and no store front customers, we should have been in and out with fresh food in under 10 minutes. Unbelievable and unacceptable service and food quality.

- RMRobert MAug 20, 20251.0People were pleasant to talk to while they were making my sub. But this sub sucks it didn't have enough lettuce on the sub.. I complained he said he couldn't put anymore. Lettuce on the sub. He was a perfectionist, but the customer always right Don't think I'll be back to this location. When I got to the truck and opened up the sub, you couldn't even see the lettuce on there, it barely wasn't off.
