  Understaffed and rude is what I experienced today. They are always understaffed. I waited close to 20 minutes before checking in on my things. When I ask if my drink was up there the worker says “we’re like really busy” in a very sarcastic and rude tone. When all I did was ask. I understand they are busy but there’s no need to be rude tone customers who wait 15+ minutes

  The girl that works there that has all the piercings in her face, Is extremely rude. She likes to video record and take pictures of the customers to make fun of them. She needs to be fired!! Will never come back to this location!

  Sat in the building for 30 minutes waiting on food, multiple people who showed up 15+ minutes after me were served before myself

  Cup filled to the top with ice, matcha with only blender foam and the wrong amount of sweetener. They must not know the recipe. Probably one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve been to.

  Paid for my order with one person and then a different person came to the window, wanting me to pay for a different order. I was told they’re not serving food today and then watched them bag food while I waited for my drinks. Super long wait for 2 drinks.
