WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
We waited for our order for over 45 minutes, with our VERY hungry toddler. They made every drive thru order without giving us our food.
I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy.

They skimp out on everything... Ordered a nacho large fry and was only half filled, didn't get our sauce for the 10 piece nuggets and the soft taco supremes are messier than sloppy joes. Done going there...

Oh boy here we go. So first this was on April 23rd in the afternoon. I pull up and someone else's order is on the screen and so I told them that's not my order and the robot just kept repeating itself (the employees won't step in to help unless the AI makes them and they always have an attitude like they are upset they have to take an order) Get over it, it's your job. Acting like a bunch lazy entitled snobs. so finally the robot takes our order but ofc it couldn't complete it because it's impatient and doesn't understand much. So when the kid has to take our order he starts out by calling me ma'am, I don't sound like a woman so ig they just thought they were being funny, whatever that didn't bother me. What did start to bother me was when the kid with the nasty unkempt dreads came out the back door to stand there and smoke giving me and my wife dirty smug looks. Whatever still don't care just give me my food. The kid at the window doesn't give me a receipt, doesn't even ask just doesn't do it. Finally got our food, mind you this whole ordeal probably took between 15 and 20 minutes and we were the only car there. My zaba ranch fries were old, cold and soggy, not even room temperature, cold, how'd you manage that? At first I thought they forgot my wife's bean and rice burrito so I gave her my crunch roll or whatever (the thing with beef and the Frito chips and stuff) but then I realize that they again just thought they were being funny and rolled up all the ingredients for both of our burritos into one big raw uncooked tortilla, the ingredients were again, cold. I literally had to spit the food out it was so disgusting, I've never spat out taco bell in my life. I've been going to this location for years and never had any issues actually they're usually pretty friendly and the foods great. This mustve been new workers or something but I'd never even consider going back unless given a refund but the kid didn't even give me a receipt. Never had an experience like this anywhere nothing remotely like it, like they were personally offended that I would come order food at Taco Bell and make them perform their basic job duties. If they're that lazy then you can only imagine how gross the inside of the store is

I wish I could give zero stars!
I placed an online order a full 30 minutes before pickup, and when my husband got there, they hadn’t even started making the food yet!!! He ended up sitting there for another 15 minutes just waiting for them to finally put it together. And the worst part? This isn’t a one-time issue. I do DoorDash pickups here regularly, and it’s the same exact problem every single time. Orders just sit there untouched while employees stand around, playing on their phone or talking to employees next door and nothing gets made until someone physically shows up asking for it. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you’re still waiting like you just walked in? Completely unorganized, no urgency, and honestly just frustrating. Do better.
