  Bellevue McDonald’s, this is ridiculous. I ordered through DoorDash, and it was delivered in less than 15 minutes from the time i ordered, yet somehow my fries were ice cold?! That tells me they were either sitting way too long or there was zero care put into making sure the order went out fresh. And this is exactly why I’m so frustrated, because this is not a one-time issue. I’ve lived in Bellevue for five years, I’ve ordered from this location plenty of times, and it is the same mistakes over and over again. Every time I walk in there, employees are standing around, but somehow the food still comes out wrong. I asked for extra salt. Did I get extra salt? No. Did I even get salt packets? Also no. I got cold fries and nothing with them. I asked for extra ketchup on my sandwich, and instead I got a sloppy mess that was barely even put together. Honestly, I don’t even want to eat it. At this point, I don’t know how this location keeps getting it wrong so consistently. Bellevue, Ohio should not be struggling this hard to get fast food right.

  I had a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and it was delicious, the biscuit was so fresh

  Lunch rush was unprepared. Went through the drive thru. They had 4 cars pull forward to wait. I went inside while waiting to use the restroom. Employee stated the line wrapped the building and the lead stated she didnt care that they can sit and wait if they want their food.
