Its been a while since I've been at this location since it has struggled with cleanliness and good staff for years. I came into this establishment to doordash and notice there's been some change. All of the associates were kind and helpful. However I had to ask for the manager's name after watching him verbally abusing his staff. Tommy was literally yelling at the young associates waiting in the lobby to clock in. Its their time, they can do with it as they please. They weren't scheduled in yet. He was aggressive and rude to another lady waiting beside me and to his employees that hurriedly clocked in as he demanded. As a manager of 14 years, I've never treated anyone like this no matter how short staffed or busy we are. It is mind blowing to me that after years, there's finally great, respectful associates.. and they're being disrespected like this by their manager. Quick way to lose good people. Shout out to Brenda who sincerely apologized for the wait and diligently got to fixing all of the things as soon as she clocked in. What a rock star and doll. Hopefully this gets to the right person to appropriately handle this manager and praise the rest of this staff!

The person taking my order was very friendly. We had good conversation in addition to taking my order. I ordered the $6 biggie bag with an extra free 6 piece nugget from the Wendy’s app. The order was originally wrong (they forgot my 2nd set of nuggets). However, I brought it to their attention and they fixed it immediately with no problems. Additionally, there were 2 staff on break in the dining area who were also very friendly. I highly recommend this location for good vibes and food.

This place is absolutely horrible. The staff is extremely unorganized.
I'm a dasher and it takes 20 minutes to get 2 items..
Wendy's said they are closing stores that are under performing..... Please please close this one..

I wish I could do zero stars for service. I dont know why I keep giving them chances. I have been to this location twice this week. I do mobile order and pick up in the drive thru. The fist time I went was Monday, my sandwich was completely wrong. So today I thought I'd try again. I pulled up to the speaker, recording comes on I say, "I have a mobile order." Employee says, "pull to mobile order 1." Confused I asked, "do you need my name?" He laughs and says "yes, whats the name." I give it and he says he's got it. I pull over to the parking spot. 15 min+ goes by. I finally walk in and ask and no one has a clue what I'm talking about. One guy finds my order and they get it made. Very disappointed because I enjoy Wendy's but this place needs a serious overhaul. Or just shut down so I'm not tempted to try again.

Went into the lobby around noon and had to wait as the cashier and another worker feverishly tried to figure out how to complete some Door Dash orders, all the while listening to them debate on whether or not they should take my order or keep telling me to wait. I finally reached my breaking point at the FIFTEENTH minute mark as two other people were waiting behind me for nearly 10+ minutes (one of which being a power line worker on his lunch break), and the Wendy's "wonder twins" started working on ANOTHER Door Dash order. I hope my departure prompted them to serve the people that were there - but looking at other reviews, I highly doubt it. Better to spend your time and money elsewhere for sub-par food.
