So when I asked her if she had ice she was rude and said no and then when I asked if she could fill my cup up more she said she can't thats one can, but again so rude. I dont know if she was having a bad day or what, but thats ridiculous when its common questions you know people are going to ask. It was on 8/30/25 at 10:54pm. They were busy, but its still no reason to be rude to the customers.

I never believed the comments about him smacking people's behinds or saying inappropriate stuff until this happened this man needs replaced. I don't understand how it is so hard for people to follow an order and make sure everything is in the bags. Double or triple check to ensure the order is fulfilled correctly. I have worked in fast food before its not a hard job. But this is getting ridiculous. Get it together Taco Bell, do better.

I order 3 soft tacos and a large mountain dee.... I got the drink and then some burrito with stuff on it I can not eat and a hard... old taco. I gave you $10 for MY INCONVENIENCE ... MAYBE MAKE IT RIGHT?
