One time its 5 star and just absolutely wonderful and the next time management will stand there insulting you because the current coupons in their flyer you got in you Logan county mailbox were actually for a different location in another county. I fully understand that being annoying but no restaurant employees should be rude to customers for something their corporate office mailed out wrong. Personally If I was the manager id accept the coupon. But oh well. Also about 1 out of 3 orders has some little mistake. Oh and our last visit we ordered 4 Personal pan pizzas. They put them all in one big box. This was a carryout order. How are kids supposed to eat these in a car all out of one box?

The order do not arrive , but 7 pm I went to the store to pick up myself. The order was still not ready and would be another hour. The manager on duty refused to provide a name and told me “if I didn’t like it, I could put in an application”. This is completely unacceptable behavior of any associate but especially a manger who is 4 hours late on an order that contained 2 large pizzas and wings. AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT
- KKKyeDec 31, 20251.0I ordered at 6:00 and it is currently 9:00 and the restaurant is now closed. We have not gotten our food and are probably not going to get it. It's not like it was a big order either. It was just 2 pizzas and a 2 liter of Pepsi this is just ridiculous.
- CSCharity SmithDec 12, 20251.0If zero was an option I'd definitely give it. Ordered food at 6:17pm its a Friday night I understand its busy. But as of 8:05 pm still no food. The call center transfers you to the store but good luck getting someone to answer the phone from the store(waiting on hold for someone to answer for over 15 mins before i hung up to try the call center again) and then you try to talk to the call center about the issue just for them to blow you off and transfer you back to the store that still wont answer. Worst experience by far.
