  Came in here 10:20pm got some young guy sweeping the floors, looks right at me, i say hello he just has a stupid look on his face like he’s mad at the world and doesn’t say anything back keeps sweeping, another guy turns his back to me while he mops. I wait about 4-5 minutes just standing there being ignored by everybody. I asked “are you guys closed?” After a pause and some “uhhmmms” another guy says no we’re open. I turned around and walked out. Just a bunch of kids who don’t care about their job and too lazy to do it. Normally I’d feel bad going to a place 40 minutes before they close but I’m like its chipotle they don’t really dirty anything and everything is already out. Well that’s still too big of a task for them 😂

  We love Chipotle but this location really disappointed us. First we waited in line while employees prioritized tasks that weren't serving the customers. Then once we were waited on the kid doesn't inform us before ordering that they were currently out of stock of burritos. I'm sorry but if you are out of stock of one of the two options available...there should be a sign on the door and one on the glass at the counter. The employee was very stingy with portion sizes and a lot of the toppings were old and needed changed. $35 is a lot of money for 2 bowls and 2 drinks. And then to top it off all the tables were dirty. That's gross especially this time of year when everyone is sick. All I can say is DO BETTER !!!!!!

  I picked up an order this afternoon and was disgusted when I got it home. I ordered a barbacoa bowl and the barbacoa was smashed into the bowl, probably to hide the fact it was old and inedible. It was hard, not shredded and very cold. It’s as if they gave me the old stuff from early in the day instead of scrapping it. If you wouldn’t eat this yourself, why would you give it to a customer? Providing bad meat to someone could get them really sick. I tried calling but it’s impossible to reach the actual store. This needs resolved.

  Called in a DoorDash at 4:50 it didn’t get completed for an hour. Which is insane my DoorDash guy waiting there for 30 mins and nothing had to cancel because he didn’t want my other food to get cold.. and I try to call them to ask them what’s up. You can’t it’s AI answering and no way to talk to someone.

  About the worst customer service you can get. They have been unfriendly consistently and don't acknowledge you when you are the only one in line. The atmosphere makes it seem like they hate their job. Better off going to a mexican restaurant, you'd get better portions for your money.
