- EEEmma3 days ago1.0Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE 7brew drinks! I have been at this location multiple times and it’s always yummy. But one thing paying customers need to be aware of is how rude the im assuming manager is. Hes the older male that I see working there and I can always hear him screaming at his own employees. A few days ago I have heard him multiple times yelling at his employees even when they are in the middle of taking an order or inside the building making drinks he is still screaming. Very unprofessional and this needs to be changed definitely not what a “good manager” is meant to be.

She asked about my day, helped me pick a drink I’d love, and somehow made the entire interaction feel personal in under a minute. The service was quick, the energy was positive, and Abbie truly made the stop worth it. You can tell she really cares about her customers and is a professional.

I went with an iced blonde with cookie butter and cold foam — absolutely delicious! I didn’t mind the wait (it was promo day!) because I had such a great time chatting with the employees. They’re so fun, energetic, and make the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
- TWTyler WatkinsNov 10, 20252.0Came through and asked for a menu, lady said she didn’t have any. Asked her if she had anything pumpkin and she replied yes, I said I’ll take one of those. I assumed it was a frozen drink cause I never seen anything else. Instead I paid 9$ for a hot coffee with whipped topping drizzled with some weird pumpkin syrup. I told her this wasnt what I wanted or asked for and she looked at her tablet for a while and said that’s what I ordered. I just left. Place was busy and probably lack of training and menus since they take your order without ever seeing a menu. Love the building and coffee but probably won’t return.
