- HYHideyasu YamaguchiAug 13, 20251.0After the first bite of my sandwich, I was greeted by a long thick black hair in the sandwich. I had to skip the veggies here, they had a rotten look. Also, once I selected 0% tip at payment, the young lady tossed and slid my sandwich across the cashier tabled and walked away. I advise people to walk 50 yards left and buy the prepacked sub at the gas station, it's gotta be better than this subway.

I decided to call the restaurant and was told I could get another sandwich made so I made sure to take pictures of the sandwich we had to that they could clarify it was the wrong one. When I get there though they tell me I needed to bring the other sandwich so that they could make me a new one. I don’t understand why they wanted it when it was already touched and open. Also I don’t understand why she didn’t tell me that over the phone before I got there. I’ve been going here for years and it was a very good place but since the pandemic things have truly changed in a terrible way at this restaurant. I will no longer buy food here
