    Wife and I stop for a quick bite (from akron to Buffalo and back.) We waited 20 minutes at the stupid intercom to just order the food. 20 freaking minutes we said hello multiple times and the reply just a moment. Get to the window and not even kidding they were so rude waited 5 minutes to take our payment gave th card back quick. Then we sat there 15 freaking more minutes waiting for the food. When we got the food it was all wrong. 2 double cheese burgers no pickle or onion and fries. The fries were cold the burgers had everything on them. So we went in. They swapped out the burgers but that took another 10 minutes. SO IF YOU HAVE A SPARE HOUR TO WASTE. STOP HERE AND EAT. GOOD LUCK. VERY RUDE. MCDONALD'S HAS GONE TO CRAP EVERYWHERE 💩

    I have been to this McDonald’s several times. Order taking tends to be slow and inaccurate (getting diet and regular mixed up, forgetting extra pickles, missing condiments, etc.). Drive through service is very poor. My most recent visit, I sat in front of the speaker for 5 min without my order being taken, or even being asked to wait.

    This place should be shut down asap! Workers inside and outside are extremely rude. I have only ordered from here three times and won't return. Along with the workers being rude and entitled my order is always missing something or completely incorrect.
