If I could give it a -⭐️ I would this is my 2nd time here and the staff is rude told my aunt that she needed to use the keosk to order even though the man was standing there and my aunt only had cash and the worker ( I believe the manager) told her that’s not her problem . We waited 45 minutes for nuggets got wrong food on one order and who my sauces nothing that we asked for . This place needs 1 new worker or 2 shut down it’s horrible also very very dirty and tables were sticky

I frequent this location alot. Not anymore. Business Owner calls you. Acts rude. Doesn’t like you got threatening call to sue for 50k.

The girl working the drive thru window screamed at me to give her a minute when she didn't greet me or even say anything at all to begin with and I asked did she get my number I gave her. She was rude to me and said go to 2 and she slammed her drive thru window in my face at the beginning I went inside to ask if I could just pick up my order and they told me I HAD to go through the drive through , they couldn't just hand it to me because "that's what I selected in the app" I was just going here for a quick trip on my 30 minute lunch break from work. I get it's just fast food but no reason to be so rude.

The young lady that serve my fiancé and I this morning was the epitome of customer service, she was so pleasant and wanting to serve, she asked if we needed condiments, she just was simply nice and it really made our day, and u can tell that she not just working that’s in her spirit. I didn’t get her name but she is a beautiful brown skin woman with braids I think she is the manager. If you see this honey just know I’m that very brief interaction, a very simple transaction, u really made an impression for just sharing your energy with us this morning so thank you.
