So the JBC no longer comes with tomato slice and the lettuce is now shredded (unfortunately). I will say the chicken tenders are real chicken and taste good.

Food was terrible. Ordered 10 pc nugget combo, grilled chicken wrap, and drinks. Grilled chicken in wrap was hard as if it had been sitting for an extended length of time. Chicken Nuggets were also cold. Food was not fresh or warm. Tried to eat it but couldn't. Strawberry lemonade & frosty were the only items edible from our order.

worst food i’ve had in a long time. bought a 6 piece and a ten piece went back to the establishment because the 10 piece was missing completely ignored me at front desk and took over 20 minutes to get correct nuggets.

Super slow as always, didn’t have the items we ordered, they were pulling everyone off to the side for at least a 10 minute wait. Finally got our food from the drive through and it was missing a sandwich. Had to go in, was ignored by every employee until I just finally gave up and called out to someone. They all moved with no purpose. We will not be returning to this location anymore. This location has falling short for awhile now. Looking at all the bad reviews, whomever is in charge doesn’t care. Don’t support this Wendy’s. Go else where.

Went thru drive thru on Saturday 8/16/2025 about 8:00 pm. Had to give my order 3 times for some reason even though they weren't busy. Got home & the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger didn't have xtra onion I asked for, & they forgot to put tomato on it. Wendy's, this sandwich is supposed to have tomato on it. Thank goodness I had a tomato at home. The chili was good though, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Still.....😒 Don't usually come to this location, & don't know if I'll be back, since they're almost as incompetent as the Woodman Dr. location. Training Training Training
