I had a wonderful experience at this Subway. I went there on 01/09/2026 and ordered the new italian trio that was more then expectations. The staff are extremely friendly, polite, and professional. They are keep on taking to customers regarding their choice and taste. The service was quick and excellent, and they really make you feel valued as a customer. Will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended.

I used to be a huge Subway fan. I first discovered their Subs back in 1988, and I fell in love with their Meatball Sub. Then when the current location in Beavercreek, on North Fairfield Rd opened (sometime in the early 1990's I believe), my family were regular customers for many years, but sadly over the years, the company seemed to first slide in their generous Sub Club that they used to have, and then in the overall quality of their food.
The Beavercreek location apparently were taken over by new owners, who haven't done anything at all to help their cause, as the place doesn't seem as clean as it used to be, the workers are not clean either, as I've witnessed some dirty behavior, and the Subs there, just aren't as nice as they used to be. It's depressing to see the decline of a once delicious company.
These days I've been trying out other Sub shops in the area, as there are many. If Subway ever changes owners, and staff at that location, then I'll one day make my return, but until then, I have no intention of going back.

This Subway has gone way down hill since they got new owners. The new crew is often rude and none of them are able to speak English well. Their "fresh-baked" cookies always taste 3 days old, and they apparently dont stock flat bread anymore.

Really disappointed with this store came in 10 mins before the posted time Which they close the post time was 9 PM on the doorand they had already closed the store and tore down the register and refused to serve me. If I could give the store 0 stars, I would. I really feel Subway needs to start looking into some of these stores and find out what the hell is going on, but that’s just my opinion. Again very disappointing.
