  I say avoid this place. Have tried to give them chances but it keeps getting worse. February 28, 2026 at 6pm drivethru burger patties old and dried out, not edible. Nuggets were terrible. Had to park and wait for “fresh fries” the girl said and they were old and cold. This place is an abysmal nightmare. Deleting the app done with McDonald s and their garbage. The manager working at that date and time should be fired along with the employees.

  When in today to get an ice coffee, pay for it. Waited 15 minutes, no ice coffee. Then, the boy comes up to the counter, and tells me it's gonna be another five minutes cause he had to brew it, about fifteen minute break was up, so I had to walk out.Then, get a refund the worst experience at a mcdonald's.I've ever seen.

  Placed my mobile order at this location at 3:44 pm. sat outside waiting for the app to tell me my pickup is ready. It never said it was so i went inside and kept getting stared at as i waited. I asked about my food and showed them that it was placed at 3:44 and they said “ oh i'm making that right now” but only gave me half my order because he only saw the chicken meal deal at the top. he asked if the drink was a sweet tea. it was a coke. so obviously he wasn’t working on it at that time because he didn’t have a ticket for the order. I then mentioned the other half of my order. finally got my order. drinks not full, tasted like they had been sitting out, the ice was melted. walked out with my food at 5:40pm. absolutely ridiculous. had to wait for a straw too because they couldn’t bother to put that in the bag. ( also my double cheeseburger for my other half of the order was specialized but since they didn’t have the ticket they only gave me a normal one, so i didn’t even get what i paid for😀)

  this location has gone down the toilet in the last 30 to 45 days apparently there's new management. The food is always cold their systems are down ...... it's a dumpster fire... and it's really sad because they used to be top-notch

  I regularly use the McDonald’s app when visiting this location for efficiency. The individuals I usually encounter do a great job! The food does vary in freshness depending on day and time when I visit. Fries and sandwiches can be very cold. This is the sole reason for rating 4 vs 5 stars. As someone who worked at McDonalds in my younger years this means there may be too much food sitting at the fry stand or in the meat trays. One of the better locations in the area. Thank you!
