I wasn't told until after my order, after I handed them my money and as they where handing me my chance they asked "Is that okay?" No it is not okay to short people money. It may be pennies to me but it's Millions to them. Why has nowhere else I've run into started doing this?

Through the drive through I've had to wait in a parking spot for 13 minutes (I timed it) and they still gave me an incorrect order. I then had to go inside and it took them about 10 minutes to correct it. Then today I went inside to order and the kiosk didn't take card payment and there were no number tents available at any of the kiosks. The soda fountain in the lobby wasn't working, I don't think the one in the back was working either since my Coke was warm. The food was given to me cold, the fries were barely edible. Trash cans are always full or overflowing. Overall not a good place to go, I wouldn't recommend this location.

No employee even acknowledged that I was waiting. I saw them take, make, and give out an employees food while mine was sitting there. Once I did finally get my 10 minute old order, my burger was as expected very cold. The drink had most of the ice melted and not even filled up all the way. It seems the only possible good time to go is breakfast. These lunch/dinner crews don’t know what they’re doing. You could walk down to the McDonald’s on linden and back and it would be faster. 10/10 don’t recommend if you’re on the clock and need a quick grab and go
