Two scoops should mean two scoops. When I asked about the kid's size portion, the workers said they weigh them for accuracy. It doesn't matter if the ice cream is good. One goes to Graeter's and pays extra for the experience. The cost is higher than comparable places but when the company gives small portions and says that they are weighed to make sure they don't give too much, it comes off as being cheap.
