  Extremely disappointed. We ordered a deep dish with no mushrooms and waited 40+ minutes which we expected because they take that long and came out covered in mushrooms. They offered to remake it and that would be another 40+ minutes and the rest of our table had their food. One bite and it was ruined and you cant remove the strong mushroom taste. They tried to make it right by "only charging us for a medium instead of a large". No thank you I am not waiting another 40 minutes and will not be returning. If they hadn't charged us I would have at least returned and given them another try and wouldn't leave a 1 star review. Do better.......

  The deep dish pizza takes a little bit more time to get, but well worth it. Their menu is full of great food.

  I used to live in Chicago, and the Giordano's in Dayton, OH was terrible. We ordered a deep-dish meat pizza that seemed like it was cooked way in advance. It was stuck to the cardboard on the bottom. We were within 5 minutes of our hotel. The so-called starter salad was smaller than the side salads Burger King used to sell for 99 cents. The tiramisu was soggy on the bottom. Though the flavor was great.
