They have a lot of healthier options with products that have natural ingredients. The only downside is it is more expensive than just about any other grocery store which surprised me.

Staff are helpful but not overbearing. Self-checkouts have optional paper bags (important!). Not as pretentious or pricey as a lot of "nicer" grocers tend to be. No membership or or "reward program" or anything like that, which is increasingly rare these days.
