The cheese pizza was also burnt and looked similar. I don’t understand why anyone would think this was acceptable to box up.

The staff is always very friendly, and the service is fast. The food itself - always delicious. I'll give a shout out to one of the employees there - A Manager named Tiffany, who I'd never met before this afternoon, but she was very friendly, and got my order ready very quickly, even though she was the only member of the staff working in the store. THANK YOU TIFFANY! 😁

Tried calling about 30 min. later and could not get through using the number given by the app. Tried calling closest location since it's impossible to identify location that handled actual order. Person who answered was very disinterested in helping me resolve this issue. Had to call around to several different stores before someone was actually helpful. Finally got this location to answer their phone. After making us hold for 20 minutes, argued about refunding us for the price of salad. Finally relented. Such an irritating experience just for a $10 salad.
