The whole staff deserves a shout-out / recognition, but specifically I saw excellent leadership, positive attitudes and crowd expectation management from Garret and Sonnela? This was a busy time with lots of annoyed customers, however the staff kept food orders flowing, maintained composure and showed excellent customer service in the constant interruptions to pushing orders out. The pile up was not a fault in the business, just a nature of a rush time at a popular lunch spot.

- SSScottieyJan 26, 20265.0I just want to take the time out to recognize Dj he was there 1/22/26 Thursday around 7:40 &8 pm when me and my mother came in there we were greeted Dj was so sweet and kind patient and help us with our order because we have not been before he just all around we'll mannered hard working employees even made sure my mom had a comfortable seat instead of the closed in seats because my mom is disabled he made the experience so much better please reconsider a recognition or raise for him hard work pays off you guys have a great employee hard worker he's awesome we didnt even have to get up and get our food he brought it right to us he's a kind soul working hard to achieve his goals please recognize him of some sort he deserves it alot of people are not kind like him or professional like him professional setting thanks debellas for the great subs🫶🏾

After 10 minutes of waiting I was told nobody was aware of this . Watched one of the makers fumble the bread and touch them all along her arms. Some weird guy was sitting in the corner on a computer staring at everyone making me and my Co worker incredibly uncomfortable. The food tasted like any sandwhich from bread and meat to the toppings. Not worth the 150 dollars
