That didn't sound good to me so I passed on the soup. We ordered our subs and proceeded to find a clean table. We noticed an area of clean tables and sat down. A few minutes passed and another young girl brought our food to us and threw the bags onto our table. I thought it was strange but, didn't worry too much. We began to eat our sandwiches which were very good when the same young girl was mopping near us looked over at us and told us we were sitting in an area that was closed. I told her I was sorry, there wasnt a sign that said that. There was a chair that was in aisle way but I thought someone had forgotten to push chair back. she then told us to go ahead and eat....I WAS upset by this time. Too bad for bad service. we will not be returning.

I placed my order at 6:36 PM, full of excitement for a good meal… and after a luxurious hour and 9 minutes of waiting, they finally decided to cancel my order at 7:45 PM. Incredible! Who needs dinner anyway when you can enjoy the thrill of anticipation followed by total disappointment? The suspense was unmatched. Truly, a masterclass in how not to handle customer orders. Thanks for absolutely nothing, DiBella’s. You’ve really outdone yourselves this time. 0 stars.
