They had to clean an area before we could sit (it was not busy & they looked to have about 4 servers). While were there no dirty tables around us were cleaned, they just sat dirty. We ordered chips & queso which came way before our drinks. I ordered 3 tacos and everyone of them was wrong ( I ordered all of them with no onions). 2 were supposed to have cilantro & queso, as described on the menu and didn't. The 3rd taco had huge onions on it. I waited for a very long time for Hayley to come back so that I could have my order corrected. She didn't apologize she simply said "so, we need queso & cilantro for those 2 & another 1 of those with no onions". Mind you we talked about neither myself or boyfriend eating onions and specified several times, no onions. I told my boyfriend to go ahead and eat because I didn't want his food to get cold. By time my corrected items arrived and new taco he was finishing up his meal. I was offered no real apologies for this inconvenience, nor was I offered a discount in any capacity. The taco that was made new, still had a huge onion on it! Extremely, disappointed experience. Will not be returning to this location. With tip spent $54, I never tip less than 20% even if it's a bad experience. The servers arent making the food, some people have off days, lots of people are in tip pools, etc. I get all of that, but know when to be apologetic & how to resolve issues, efficiently & make things right for the customer.

Manager was extremely rude.... never again
