  This location has some issues. The quality of the food here is not that great, and the line is a constant mess. My bowl gets dragged through all of the spilled stuff, and some of the employees do not change gloves after dealing with a messy burrito. So, I tend to end up with sour cream, sauces, or guacamole in food when they grab a handful of lettuce. If you want chipotle, the location on zinc rd is across the highway and only a couple of miles away. That one is much better.

  This is the SLOWEST moving chipotle I have ever seen. At 11:30 and with a line almost out the door. They have a single person making orders while another person stands at the register doing nothing. Do not come here if yo want you food in less than an hour. I left the line after 10 minutes and only seeing 2 people served.

  Normally we love chipotle and we don't usually have a problem, but today the service was vile! My husband ordered a chicken bowl (the portioning was very light for some reason but that's a issue on its own) with a side of red salsa, tortilla and the red chimichurri sauce. I went in to pick up the order and had wait awhile, along with 3 others still wait. The guy comes out and starts handing out to go orders and I overheard him talking to a gentleman that they were out of the chimichurri, and offered a replacement item for it since it's an up charged item. The guy settled on guac. Then he hands me my husbands food and doesn't offer me a replacement item, so I assumed that he gave us the last bit of it. Got to my husbands job to find out there is no chimichurri in the bag, but instead pico. I thought I could call the store and get it sorted out. Instead and had to jump through hoops through automated services until I'm transferred to a call center! The woman on the line was almost useless as I had to repeat my problem four damn times! By the end of it all, I was so irritated that I just ended up settling for a refund on the chimichurri and left it at that. I shouldn't be this irritated over a $1 item, but it should've been this hard to get this settled, let alone even talk to anybody. We will not be using the online ording ever again. They just take advantage of people not seeing their orders being made!

  Bowl was extremely wet, and had absolutely zero flavoring, not even a pinch of salt.

  This location never seems to be able to do anything right. Their food is always inconsistently cooked, usually all the meat is burnt to a crisp. I just got a steak bowl tonight and there was raw steak (see picture) amongst burnt steak. The interior is always very dirty, and the workers are very unfriendly and quiet. They're usually pretty slow to acknowledge customers, and just move slow in general. On multiple occasions, I've done mobile orders and no matter how early I place it before I arrive, I'm always stuck sitting there waiting. Also, they sometimes put it on the shelf and sometimes you have to ask them for it because your order is hidden in the back. They usually forget to put utensils in mobile order bags as well. Portion sizes are inconsistent, very skimpy on the rice and espically on the severely over cooked carne asada, but they love to fill the whole bowl with lettuce. I honestly can't think of anything good about this location other than it's the closest one to me. The other location down the road is just as bad, don't even get me started.
