The 2 cars in front of me were here before I even got here and there were three other cars in the other lane. When my order was taken, I received zero apologies or acknowledgement that I had been waiting for almost 21 minutes at that point. The lady who took my order didnt listen to my order and put in a banana bread that I didnt even order or want. After being in line and waiting for a total of 29 minutes, they finally came back out with my drink claiming she had put it through for a walk up...no seven brew I've seen in Ohio or Kentucky has a walk up window. Poor excuses and it will be a long while before I visit this particular location again.
