But I have come through the drive thru a couple times after 9pm and have received a bag with my correct food ticket on the bag, but wrong food inside. Then I was missing a whole sandwich and didn’t realize til I got all the way back home, 15 mins away. Anyway, the PM service seems to lack a bit. My only “complaint.”

They have a play area for the kids and a few little crafts I thought was awesome. The manager was very hands on and it was very clean inside. We will definitely be back soon!

- EEEllSeeApr 9, 20261.0We live in Bcreek and drive further to Sugarcreek’s location. This place is awful. If we are in the area and go, which happens occasionally, our order is always wrong. Quite literally almost every time we’re missing something. And you wait 15-30 minutes through the awful line only to not get your food and then have to wait in it all over again to get your order corrected. Moral of the story - go to Sugarcreek or be sure to check your bags before you leave the line. These guys suck and can’t get anything right (and we don’t have crazy orders 🥴)
