They'd rather talk and make messes than do their job, food took 15 minutes, I asked when it was going to be ready, and the blonde bagger with the glasses claimed she "accidentally bumped the order off screen", laughed in my face as if it were funny, then took an additional ten minutes to get me my strips, not informing me of a wait, and she proceeded to forget my fries. About two months ago the same girl spilt white liquid all over the ground and laughed about it for everyone in the food court to hear. She vanished into the back while the poor bagger at the time, already running around during a rush with no one to help, cleaned it up calmly as if it was a usual occurence and still got my good in five minutes, apologizing to me for a nonexistent wait. Haven't seen the girl in a while, but I understand why now. Would be more forgiving if the front staff weren't becomung noticeably less thoughtful and experienced. The old staff were better, but if this behavior is tolerated I see why they aren't here. Don't understand what's going on, will not be returning. The cashier forgot my sauces at the register after asking me what sauces I wanted, and again forgot when I asked at the pickup sign. Ended up going without sauces for the third time in a row. But the strips were fresh, so I'll take a win given that there aren't many to be at at this location lately. Still waited 25 minutes for 3 chicken strips and ear splitting laughter in my ear, though. Didn't make a fuss in person, but get it together. Will update my review if this place improves at all, seems like more of a management and hiring issue lately.
