  Never get the takeout through an app. The employees here don't know how to read. Orders are wrong and you'll be highly disappointed. Don't do it. I tell you now, don't order from here.

  I've ordered three times now through Ubereats and all three orders were wrong. Like they don't check the orders before they go out to make sure they are what people are asking for. And, the portion size is for a small child. Three strikes and you're out now.

  Cashiers and workers will sit and stare at you or pretend you’re not there instead of asking if you need help. I said I had a mobile order and one of the works mumbled a bunch of Spanish, didn’t look at me, and pointed at the cashier. I got in line and I waited until I saw somebody else go up saying they had a mobile order and they immediately grabbed their food. Literally waited over 20 minutes for crappy food, and just like they do EVERY SINGLE TIME, they forgot the side of cheese sauce. Hire people who actually speak English and actually care about working. Absolutely useless people

  Long wait but it wasn’t to bad staff were friendly and smiling my only gripe was it was so cold in there!! I’m Assuming no heat or it wasn’t working food was hot and delicious!!! I’m so happy they opened one up in my neighborhood I was so tired of driving to Beachwood Place welcome 😊👌

  I love the steaks, very flavor full and savory, how ever their cheese is subpar, it's anything but cheese it's weak, liquid texture not a fan of the fries either but if I had the natural nacho cheese flavoring then we'll I'd be happy with it over all. All in all it is a good place the service is nice and I enjoy the food for the most part.
