She was very patient with me the whole time. It was very clean and pretty inside. I took the rest of my food home because I got full fast but it was very very delicious. I recommend to anyone that wants a good breakfast bagel or sandwich.

Listen maybe I’m expecting too much but as a native new yorker, If you look in the face and say we can’t add any seasoning to your eggs (mind you salt and pepper) because you just don’t have that, something’s massively wrong. We were there at 10AM on a Sunday and there was 1 person in line, red flag that we ignored. The red flag we could not ignore was the very slow service, and to add insult to injury, we were grateful that they made a fresh batch of coffee that we unfortunately did spit right out once we tasted it. Could be on us but y’all don’t got real coffee beans IMO. A bodega with staff that don’t even speak a word of english knows what salt, pepper, and ketchup means and won’t question my request for seasoning. Let this be a lesson to this chain, you can and have taken the NY out of the bagel, do not pretend you are repping us when you do people this dirty. No hate on the staff maybe you hate working there as much as we hated the food.
