One thing I didn't really like was that my jalapeno cheddar bagel was tasting like sweet cinnamon which kinda ruined breakfast.Not a huge fan of cinnamon. They need to separate these bagels when baking/making them. Atmosphere was nice for a busy location.

Once order was ready and called out, I walked up to take it and the woman actually asked the person at the register if it was my order .. . Only two people in the place. The service has always been mediocre but really felt disrespected.

I only ever order pickup so I can't comment on the service but the food is always so disappointing. This most recent order I got a Farmhouse and they forgot the cheese, the bacon was so floppy and chewy it was like they didn't even cook it, and the other bagel with cream cheese I ordered had hardly any spread on it. This place is so similar to Einstein's and yet it's almost guaranteed I will get consistently better food there for at least a few bucks cheaper. I don't write reviews normally but I love bagels and really want a better bagel shop closer to me.
