    The lady at the register was extremely rude and condescending. She acted like we should've known about toppings on the sandwich that weren't in the description on the sign. She obviously dreaded having to explain anything to us. I have never been to a Charley's Cheesesteaks before, and this was a terrible first impression. As for the sandwich, it was alright, just kind of dry and bland.

    Stingy on sub meat chicken and steak. We ate more bread than filling. No condiments charged 1.00 for ranch. Cashier had attitude. Wing stop does not even charge that for a cup of ranch. For what you pay for food the sandwich should have been much better. This location only.

    I visited this Charleys on 2/06 and while standing in line I noticed there menu was conflicting with each other. One menu price was hand written, couldn't even afford to buy a real menu sign for the store; while the other menu showed the pricing as combos. I brought it to the attention of the cashier Tanesia and she looked dumb founded like she couldn't understand what I was saying and it was simple. It was almost like because you work there you cant agree with the customer. I continued to order my food as such. But still had to bring it to the managers attention. His face new exactly what I was talking about and he instantly got upset cause I called him out on it. He was advertising one price while the other menu said a different price.....pics below will show what im saying. He then carried on to say " THAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH AMERICANS, THEY WORRY ABOUT THE MARKETING, HE SAID TO GO LEAVE REVIEW AND ALL THAT". He didn't care, mind you THESE AMERICANS are the ones putting money in your non American self pockets. How do you run a business (for over 10+years) and have that attitude about proper marketing. PLEASE DO NOT EAT AT THIS CHARLEYS. if you ever find yourself in the North Olmstead area, go to the Charleys in North Olmstead Mall. Not only does the food taste good and fresh, the portions are accurate and there marketing is flawless. They care about there customers. Lets review the pic below. Two menus same board. One side has the daily special for 7.99 for a small sub and fries and add 1.00 for a drink. That makes it 8.99....but yet on the 2nd menu board he has listed a small sub combo with fries and drink pictured for $7.99. To prove more of my point and how this marketing is bogus....let's look at the wings...for 6pc boneless wings and fry, its 6.99 and add 1.00, makes it 7.99 for the whole combo....now look at the other menu next to it....it says a 6pc wing combo is $9.68. Which one is it, whichever you decide to charge me for??? That was the last time I gave them my hard working AMERICAN money. I will NEVER give that place another dime. Remember he said that this is the problem with AMERICANS, we care too much about marketing. But you came to America for a better life, I got it, righttttt!!. I happily got my food and told them all to have a wonderful great day.

    They are so cheap now don’t even fill the box full with fries you get HALF but paying full price makes no sense.

    I wish I had seen the recent reviews before ordering from this place. Listen to the reviews. I put in a doordash order, and not only was it 10 minutes late (my order was passed off to a second dasher), my food was ice cold, half my fries were raw, portions were terrible, and I didn’t receive my drink. Do yourself the favor and don’t order from here.
