  Ordered the Works Pan Pizza, the worst crust I have ever eaten. They forgot the crispy crust substituted a soggy poorly sliced pizza. Hey Pappa you can do better.

  Slower than usual for orders than most Papa John's I've been but pizza is always good quality

  I have used lots of Papa John’s and I go out of my way to use the one in Batavia. The pizza is just better and the toppings are more generous than the one closer to me. I ordered the Hawaiian and the manager, Kait personally made it and it was amazing. Why can’t they all do whatever she did? I am hooked!

  I always order from here when I’m in town . Best pizza around in my opinion . I’m always greeted with a hello when I enter , even when they are busy . Dalton gave me my order this past visit . He was very friendly and told me I’d love my pan pizza and after trying it he was right . It was hot, delicious and full of flavor .

  Stopped in last night to get a pizza on the way home. Was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful helpful. In every way the manager her name was Kait. I believe I was outgoing, energetic, and very informative. She helped me to make my decisions and a money, saving way and even gave me some personal advice. I would recommend any day. I will definitely come back.
