  I placed an order through the app for a $2 breakfast biscuit. I parked in the designated spot and they brought my food out in just a couple of minutes. It was hot, fresh and was delicious (made all the more so because I was hungry and had been thinking about it since the night before).

  They've messed up my last two orders and the employees are super rude. Waited 15 minutes for 10 chicken nuggets and a medium fry. When I asked if they the dipping sauce in the bag the woman told me "I don't know. Why don't you look for yourself. My job is to hand you the bag" I will not be returning to this location. It's not very clean inside the dining room so I can only imagine the condition the kitchen is in. 🫤

  literally waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes and there was no other customer, in the store or at the other order menu whoever that girl is in there with the headset and just ignoring the drive thru actually sucks and should be fired right on the spot i mean it’s mcdonald’s it shouldn’t be that hard to handle one customer, i work in food and i don’t ignore my customers, i hope that employee gets trash food for her the rest of her life every-time she goes anywhere

  Stephanie the manager at the Batavia location is so unprofessional. My husband bought 3 large fries from Batavia location just for the monopoly pieces. Once he was home none of the fries had monopoly pieces. This was never stated in the drive through. Once my husband was home none of the fries had pieces attached. I called and tried to have civil conversations with Stephanie who stated she was the manager. I asked for a credit because this was on their location, not us! It was never stated that they didn’t have the proper stuff for the monopoly pieces or that they were out. When I called she yelled at me and asked why I wanted a credit. She was not willing to solve the problem she could have prevented. I am not saying she should be fired but she for sure needs a talked to and retraining on her job as manager. The Batavia Location needs better help.

  Came thru the drive thru 8:34 am on 10/27/2025 order #1334 I ordered breakfast which was a large drink, sausage McMuffin and a hash brown all of which qualified for Monopoly pieces. Which there was a ton of Monopoly advertisement both in the Ap and outside the store. Received my order and none (0) of the items included the game pieces. I immediately said something to drive thru worker she got her manager. The manager told me the promotion was over. I said no it’s not it goes on for another week and there is still a bunch of advertisement for it. She said it was a nationwide packaging shortage and no one still had the game pieces. I told her I didn’t believe her and she closed the window on my saying “there’s nothing I can do for you” For Science and because she irritated me I drove to the next closest McDonald’s and ordered the exact same order and received 3 game pieces. Do not go to the Batavia locations lies and poor service
