  Id go to this location all the time. 100s of dollars a year. Servers, the ones up front making the food, are always kind, generous people. Im polite to them back. Same experience yesterday as usual, but I get to the end to pay with a gift card, and they tell me no money on the card because THEIR system would not work.... but they didnt say it was a glitch on their end they essentially told me theres 0 dollars leading me to believe it was 0 balance. I have to walk away semi embarrassed they make me look like a broke person that just had food made that i cant pay for. They throw the food i just had made away and would have thrown away the card as well if I hadn't taken it back. I then have to call the back of the card to prove money was on it, 15 dollars and some change after past purchases with that same card, go back inside, and they still wouldnt apologize or anything. So they tell me I have 0 balance when in reality their system isnt working. Manager told me to "Chill." Gritty looking, low vibe, attitude having management, the GM that was there yesterday, Jan 9, literally told me to "chill" because im trying not to get literally robbed due to their negligence. I was so upset because if its a system glitch just tell people, there is nothing you can do, and regular people will understand, and deal with it from there. But dont just assume they are broke and look at them stupid until they walk away when they are telling you they are 100 percent positive theres money on a card youre about to throw in the trash. Whats the old saying the customer is always right. Ill be in touch with corporate for all my money back and will not be back. They dont care just beware if you visit this location you may run into the same experience.

  I absolutely love Chipotle, but this location is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The management is awful, always have bad attitudes and they’re constantly either out of ingredients or not fresh. A couple of the staff are typically friendly, although they look like they hate their job..I’m sure I would too if that was my management team though. Chipotle needs to do better

  RESTAURANT NEEDS LOOKED INTO. Nasty attitude from management!! 10 people standing there doing nothing. Big back manager named Nichole freaked out on me when I came to pick up an uber eats order, and someone had already picked it up. Handled my situation poorly, and told me that’s not her job to confirm order pickups. UM YES IT IS. Any restaurant is responsible for packaging and handing off ‘digital’ orders. Could’ve been a lot nicer to me about everything, I’m not shocked that’s who ‘runs things’ at this location.

  Honestly awful. Waited almost 10 minutes to be served at the counter, no one in sight. They were out of probably 4 or 5 out of 10 ingredients. Ever table and seat in the place dirt or covered in trash. Time to improve or close this one- terrible reflection on the brand and the company overall It's not the first time it's been like this and I'm not the first to notice- time for a new franchise or manager. This is a good location with great traffic and a committed if frustrated customer base who deserve way better. Let me know when you fix this and I'll be happy to come back and give you a better review but I won't be back until then.
