This is the worst chipotle I know of, I've given this location SO many chances to prove me wrong (bc I love chipotle and Batavia is the closest one to me) but everytime I go, they are either out of ingredients or the ingredients look old and dried up. I'm ALWAYS disappointed when I convince myself to give it another try. Plus, the counters where they prepare the food are almost always gross(dropped food and sauces all over the counter) , then they slide your bowl right through all the grossness, it would take just a few seconds to wipe up after a spill.. I'll just drive the extra 15 minutes to the eastgate location from now on.
The wait was so ridiculous. 2 girls were running the food table trying to get people out the door and running the cash register at the same time. The other staff appeared to be doing what they were supposed to be doing, but two other employees were just standing in the back area conversing and peeling onions. Why 2 people to peel onions and where is the manager to help run the register or food and get people out the door.

I have not had one good experience at this Location. Expect extreme wait times, small portions, & lousy staff. Be sure you order well ahead of time as I’ve waited up to an hour for my order.
They fail to understand how a drive thru pick up line should work. Nobody should wait 30+ for a bowl of rice and chicken. How hard is it to scoop food into a bowl.

I’ve given this Batavia Chipotle multiple chances, but the experience continues to go downhill. The biggest issue isn’t the younger employees—they’re clearly still learning, which is understandable—but the management is not setting a good example at all. The overall environment feels mismanaged, with a noticeable lack of organization and accountability.
The restaurant is often dirty, from the dining area to the serving line, which makes it hard to feel comfortable eating there. On top of that, the managers come across as rude and unprofessional, which trickles down into the overall atmosphere.
Another consistent problem is inventory. They’re frequently out of basic items, and when things are available, the quality is often poor or doesn’t seem fresh. It’s frustrating to pay for a meal and not get what you expect.
I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect basic cleanliness, respectful service, and decent food quality. Until management improves and takes responsibility, it’s hard to recommend this location.

I honestly hate even giving this place a one star review. Their customer service skills are absolutely terrible! They are always out of everything, including change. Then when I made a post about it on Facebook, I got attacked by the manager, I would love to speak with the owner or the district manager.
