  It's McDonalds.. quick food right downtown at an affordable price The wait time here around lunch and dinner can of course be very busy

  Workers were friendly I guess, I ordered A Big Mac meal with a medium shamrock shake as well as a mini McFlurry and hot chocolate for my boyfriend. We got the food but I ordered light onions and no pickle yet I got extra onions and pickles, I didn’t mind it js wasn’t something I liked but half way through the Big Mac, there was a piece of hair, very thick hair almost like a pubic hair lol. It also took an hour to get my McFlurry, Shake and hot chocolate. It was a bit busy so I waited 5 mins. I went up there and I waited at the front of the line for around 15 minutes without any worker looking at me or asking me anything, but they were talking to other and assisting them. It took almost any hour after ordering to get the stuff. Pretty upset so bad rating

  I placed an online order (already paid for) and arrived around 12:15 am. I waited about 10 minutes for someone to answer me, and when they finally did they said “doordash only.” No explanation, no apology, nothing. This is a 24 hour location, so they should be taking any and all orders all night and day, ESPECIALLY if they are already paid for. Whichever boy was working the night of march 14 to the early morning march 15 needs a write up of some sort. This is absurd. I will be calling tomorrow for a refund on my money. I’m not a karen and am a very understanding person, but making an online order is no different than making a doordash order. Do your job.

  I had ordered a bacon and hotcakes breakfast I got 1 piece of sausage I didn’t even order sausage.. got no bacon. I ate it and didn’t complain but then when I opened my apple pie there was a huge piece of hair that fell out the flap, then there’s hair and fuzz in my apple pie and in the box all at the bottom and sides just so digusting. I was trying to get a refund there were no options to get my money back or a new apple pie.. I am very upset and won’t be coming back.
