The chicken bacon ranch sandwich that they have now is very good. The team member making it did an excellent job. Taste was good. Very good. Good location
Every time I come to the Barberton location there is always something wrong with my order. The first time my partner & I went in to order and I told the worker which things I didn't want on my sub. I didn't know at the time that they still ended up putting it on regardless until my partner had told me and my sub was soaked from the oil & vinegar that I told them not to include in my order. I walked back in and had asked the younger male if it was possible to get my order remade after I showed him and he kindly & happily did so. People make mistakes, no biggie. But my problem was that what I would assume is the manager since she's been there every time now (shorter female), must have thought he was moving too slow so she had rudely asked him to move and she would finish it.
The second time (pictured with the half showing sub and notification screenshot), I did an online order that I placed plus or minus 10 mins around 2pm. I sat in the parking lot for about 30 mins waiting for the app to notify me that my order was ready. I decided to just go in and check to see if it was ready after seeing no movement in the facility for about 20 mins. I walked in & up to the counter, the same shorter female from the first time walked over and asked if I needed anything. I showed her my order and had asked if it was ready yet. She told me to turn around and look on the pick up rack to see if it was there. There it was ready to go. Got home and opened my sub and it was rapped up twice but cut through one of the papers. I've never seen any of the other Jimmy John's locations do this before. Oh to top it all off, I finally got a notification from the app that my order was ready to pick up at 7:37pm...about 5 hours later.
This time (fully covered cut in half sub), I placed another online order (at 6pm) and just drove over to the location immediately since I learned my lesson the last time. Found my order ready (6:15ish), without being notified through the app, and opened my bag to make sure everything was in there. Everything was in there but whoever stapled my bag shut had stapled through my kickin' ranch cup which caused it to get all through my bag. I showed the younger girl that was there and she kindly helped me out and provided me a new ranch & napkins. The shorter female was there again but thankfully I didn't have to deal with her this time. Once I got home, I found that my sub was double rapped again with one of them cut through. Is this normal practice? It's also currently 7:46pm and still haven't seen a notification from the app to let me know my order is ready for pick up. So if you're ordering from this location, just go over right away, check your bag and brace yourself for some grumpiness if your order is wrong.
I just don't understand what is going on with this location because every time I go to any other locations, never receive my subs cut through the wrapping, never receive my order with an exploded ranch, never have to deal with an always cranky manager, and always get notified in a timely manner when my order is ready for pick up.

“Chicken Bacon Ranch”. Actually it’s lettuce and tomato smothered in a very liquidy/watery “ranch”. Soggy, disgusting mess. Slicing through bread was apparently a challenge for some reason. CEO would you eat it?
Very very slow. Ordered online and still had to wait 12 min. People who ordered after me, got food before me. Watched 2 guys stand around while only one made sandwiches.

Great experience overall, love the staff as per usual. But as a former employee myself I know you guys have certain color and stiffness expectations for your bread. Dave prides himself on making the perfect bread, I have no idea what manager was working tonight but I think they need some more training. My bread is hard as a rock and I have to bite into it and pull with my mouth as if I’m biting into steak. The staff was great though! Helped me very politely and made suggestions. Manager was in the back though.
