I got a CHEESE quesadilla and a taco salad with NO MEAT and made it very clear to them that I did not want any meat in my order. I didn’t even realize what was in it, because this has not happened before. I then tried to call them because I wanted a refund and they never answered. Call after call and no response from them. I know this is a chain restaurant, but how horrible can you be at your job if you can’t listen to directions AND answer the phone. I want a refund.
