Multiple times over multiple days this place has told me and others they cannot accept my order unless it's a door dash order even though it lets me place the orders with no issues. I then have to wait multiple days for a refund, not worth it.

I had already placed my order on the app. They had taken the money out of my account and I was told I would not be given my order. When asked the employee told me they can't turn off the app. As a person thats worked in the food service industry for a decade this is unacceptable. I was also told that I had to cancel the order and now wount be refunded for 5-7 business days. Definitely wont ever be returning to this mcdonalds.
