  I never have a visit here where I don’t wait atleast 20 minutes and get my sandwich messed up. Currently sitting in the store. They’ve had to fix my order 3 times now before even giving it to me. Room temp iq combined

  If you order a giant sized sub from this place, do not have them cut it in half. The one time I order and request the sandwich cut in half, I received half of my sandwich and half of someone elses'. I've never had a problem before and really didn't think this extra step was going to be that difficult for someone to handle. Well, here we are with only half of a sandwich and an inedible half of another because it was dripping with mustard. The kicker is i wish I wouldn't have tipped. 'Merica, we have a problem. Great work! Raises for everyone!!!

  took over 30 Minutes for sub to be made. Workers taking orders on the phone and plugging ear with gloves still on won't ever come back

  $17 bucks for a sub should at least include meat that covers both ends. This is rediculous. Won't be coming here again. Used to lobe Jimmy John's. Prices go up and portions go down. I was sharing this with 2 other people and both ends of the sandwich was just like this picture. I work hard for my little bit of money so this is unacceptable.
