Yesterday after work I used the McDonalds app to order food for my family. When I got there I had to park in spot 1 and wait for my order, no problem. A few minutes later a guy brought my food out and I go home, only to realize they forgot the Happy Meal that I ordered (again). This has happened three times now. Now I have to drive back to McDonalds to pick up my missing meal. On the way I’m trying to call and it seemed like the phone was being answered but there was a bunch of static on their end. Getting even more annoyed by that I finally arrive at the restaurant, only to be ignored for 10 minutes at the counter. Then a girl walks up and just stares at me, no welcoming at all. Which is by far rude, she didn’t ask to take my order, no what can I do for you, just nothing but stare. Then I, the customer had to break the silence and tell her about my missing food. She gets the happy meal and I go home. By now my son’s food is hot but mine is cold. At the end of that encounter I was so frustrated that I didn’t even eat the food. This was just a bad experience and the lack of customer service just put me over the top. At this point the only fast food restaurant that has excellent customer service is Chick-fil-A. I don’t mind going out of my way to be treated like a welcomed customer. Do better McDonalds.

Best place to get a fish sandwich! Always fresh, hot and made neatly. Most other McDonald's you get it thrown get and very messy to eat.

New staff are absolutely horrible. Shoved my food in my face, no smile, no enthusiasm. This location had been great the past year but something changed. Half my cheese was.off my cheeseburger completely and it 2qsnot really wrapped. No napkins. Only 2 stars because fries were warm.

The “manager” laughed at us when she said she didn’t have our mobile order. She was so RUDE and argumentative. She offered zero solution to where the order for our kids happy meals could be and told us to leave. Great 3 disappointed toddlers and a complete refusal to refund our money, make any food, or resolve the issue . Such a joke
